Capistrano Oasis is an excellent well kept Urbanisation. The Apartment is well appointed facing due south in an elevated position with fantastic views out over the Urbanisation and the sea.

There is a lack of shade from the 'scorching sun' on the Balcony needs addressing. Other than a very thin & holed Sun Shade over the Table, the Balcony is exposed to the Sun from mid morning until Sunset. A Folding overhead blind would solve this.

There is a 'Privacy problem' with the window in the Kitchen area as there are No Blinds or Curtains. People accessing the Apt above have an 'open view' into the Apartment. An Iron is provided - great for long stays, but No Ironing Board? |
