Magnífico ático, con una terraza en la azotea extraordinaria que disfruta del sol todo el día con vistas a los jardines y piscinas de Oasis de Capistrano. El alojamiento ha sido recientemente renovado con muy buen gusto y de manera exhaustiva con nuevo aire acondicionado (calor y frío) y ofrece una propiedad espaciosa y elegante para unas vacaciones perfectas. El aparcamiento está cerca y se accede mediante un tramo de escaleras hasta la puerta principal, que se abre a un impresionante salón, comedor y cocina bien equipada. El salón se abre a la fantástica terraza, que cuenta con una zona cubierta para capturar algo de sombra del sol, así como un gran espacio abierto para disfrutar del sol.
La habitación principal con cama de matrimonio se abre a la terraza y cuenta con el beneficio de un baño abierto. La habitación con dos camas también está amueblada con gusto y tiene una caja fuerte instalada en el armario. También hay un amplio cuarto de baño familiar con ducha. Aunque la propiedad está elevada con una posición privada que permite un ambiente naturalmente ventilado, tiene aire acondicionado instalado en la zona de estar para su comodidad.
La propiedad está bien situada para la zona de piscina principal de Oasis y el paseo hasta la popular playa de Burriana está justo al otro lado de la calle, junto al Acueducto Romano.

Lo único que los wc eran un poco altos y no hay microondas (nosotros no la hemos necesitado) para tener en cuenta los que viajan con niños. Atentos a las indicaciones que te envía la persona encargada, porque gps te lleva a otro lado a la hora de encver más

Being a penthouse there were no noisy neighbours above or to the sides. It overlooked the 2 pools which were very quiet as they were closed. It would probably be noisy in high season, so best to avoid if you don’t have young children. This was our 1ver más

This was our 10th stay at Oasis de Capistrano, in 5 different properties, 8 Calle Rabat was definitely the best. The large L shaped terrace, with its comfortable furniture, was exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped with bright under cabinet lighting, all in all a light, spacious comfortable apartment.

The locks on all doors were a bit tricky...
A barbecue was mentioned somewhere, so we bought charcoals in advance, but never managed to find it.
Also could have enjoyed a couple of sunbeds, since the outdoor space was so big.

The wrap around 2 side gave viewsto the mountainson one sideand over the pools down to the seaonthe other. The excellent roof area had substancial fabris curtains with clear panels allowing us to eat outside even on awindy day. They also formed a very private area so we did not feel overlooked. As I feel the cold, the excellent management both added an oil filled radiator to the main bedroom which was already on when we arrived. Genuine consideration and care from Steve and Yvonne. The cleaner Julie was also both efficient and very kind and she even helped us take our cases down the outside stairs and loaded them into the car for us. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for the very rel efforts they made to make our stay as confortable as possible.
Have a good look around when you arrive asit took 2 weeks before we discovered how to get the kithcen hob extractor to work (just pull it towards you) as well as to find the washing machine (in the cupboard to the far left of the terrace). I am sure that anyone who books this place will be delighted even if the kitchen lighting leaves a lot to be desired. A really bright light bulb would definitely be much better than the fashionable one provided. |

There was a large bed in wardrobe in 2nd bedroom & could not hang up any long dresses. No safe for valuables. Kitchen needed more bowls for serving salads etc. quality of towels & bed linen could do with improving.
