Superb Penthouse apartment, with outstanding roof terrace enjoying sunshine all day with views over the gardens & pools of Oasis de Capistrano! The accomodation has recently been very tastefully & comprehensively refurbished with new A/C (hot and cold) & offers a spacious stylish property for a perfect holiday. Parking is close by & access is via one flight of stairs to the front door, opening on to the impressive lounge, dining room & well equipped kitchen. The lounge opens up on to the fantastic terrace, which enjoys a covered area to capture some shade form the sunshine as well as a large open space to enjoy the sunshine!

El acceso a la piscina debería ser directo de los jardines. Se echs en falta un pequeño bar/snack en la piscina.
El aire acondicionado queda escaso solo en la sala.

Being a penthouse there were no noisy neighbours above or to the sides. It overlooked the 2 pools which were very quiet as they were closed. It would probably be noisy in high season, so best to avoid if you don’t have young children. This was our 1see more

This was our 10th stay at Oasis de Capistrano, in 5 different properties, 8 Calle Rabat was definitely the best. The large L shaped terrace, with its comfortable furniture, was exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped with bright under cabinet lighting, all in all a light, spacious comfortable apartment.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, upgraded and comfortable interior. Beautiful terrace. great sunsets. Birdsong. Peaceful and private. Booking again for next year. Yvonne and Stephen are wonderful, helpful Oasis managers.

The locks on all doors were a bit tricky...
A barbecue was mentioned somewhere, so we bought charcoals in advance, but never managed to find it.
Also could have enjoyed a couple of sunbeds, since the outdoor space was so big.

The excellent roof area had substancial fabris curtains with clear panels allowing us to eat outside even on awindy day. They also formed a very private area so we did not feel overlooked. As I feel the cold, the excellent management both added an oil filled radiator to the main bedroom which was already on when we arrived. Genuine consideration and care from Steve and Yvonne. The cleaner Julie was also both efficient and very kind and she even helped us take our cases down the outside stairs and loaded them into the car for us. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for the very rel efforts they made to make our stay as confortable as possible.
Have a good look around when you arrive asit took 2 weeks before we discovered how to get the kithcen hob extractor to work (just pull it towards you) as well as to find the washing machine (in the cupboard to the far left of the terrace). I am sure that anyone who books this place will be delighted even if the kitchen lighting leaves a lot to be desired. A really bright light bulb would definitely be much better than the fashionable one provided. |

There was a large bed in wardrobe in 2nd bedroom & could not hang up any long dresses. No safe for valuables. Kitchen needed more bowls for serving salads etc. quality of towels & bed linen could do with improving.
